Quotes & Proposals

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final project pricing is confirmed upon signed proposal and any required deposit.

Installation & Scheduling

Rigging and installation scheduling is coordinated with venue availability and may be subject to change based on construction timelines outside our control.

Equipment Warranty

• Supplied equipment carries manufacturer warranties as specified at time of purchase
• Installation workmanship is warrantied for one year from project completion
• Warranty claims should be directed to our service team with proof of purchase or project reference number

Service Contracts

Preventive maintenance and emergency service contracts are billed according to the terms specified in the signed service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

StageBeam may update these terms periodically. Continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
